Includes Adult and Paediatric

1. Acute Trauma :
▪  Intraarticular fractures of Tibia
▪ Open fracture(s) with severe bone loss

2. Post-Traumatic :
▪ Non-union with bone gap
▪ Infected non-union
▪ Malunion with deformity and shortening
▪ Thumb lengthening

3. Congenital :
▪ Congenital hemiatrophy
▪ Fibular hemimelia
▪ Proximal focal femoral deficiency
▪ Untreated or Recurrent Clubfoot
▪ Complex foot deformity
▪ Humerus Lengthening

4. Infection :
▪ Post-poliomyelitis with short leg
▪ Juvenile septic arthritis resulting in shortened and unstable leg

5. Joint Deformity :
▪ Correction of knee or ankle contracture
▪ Knee or Hip replacements

6. Tumor Resection with Bone Defect

7. Relative Indications :
▪ Dwarfism
▪ Constitutional Short Stature
