17 year old boy injured left elbow after a fall.

Pre Op

Sustained a comminuted distal fracture hmerus with shaft extension

Post Op

Monolateral fixator applied using MIS technique with closed reduction

Follow Up

Fracture healing well and fixator removed after three months

Final Results

Patient had full return of elbow motion and clinically excellent result.
