28 years old male with infected non-union ulna

Pre
Op

Open fracture Grade1 treated with debridement and plating. Resulted in infected non-union with bone loss. External fixator and bone excision done

Post
Op

Wide bone excision of infected bone, Ilizarov fixator appplication and corticotomy done

Progress

Docking of bone seen on serila Xrays and regenerate forming at bone transport site

Progress

Healing of non-union with intramedullary rod (to facilitate early fixator removal) and artificial bone graft at docking site. Good union and return of elbow motion
