UNTREATED CLUBFOOT
▪ 32 year old female Chinese presenting with
  partiially treated severe bilateral clubfeet
▪ Had previous surgery done at 3years age
  but has persistent feet deformities
▪ Complaints of pain and blisters both feet
▪ Troubled by appearance

▪ Underwent correction usuing Ilizarov surgery
▪ Staged for one foot sequentially
▪ U-shaped subtalar osteotomy, tendoachilles
  lengthening and application of Ilizarov frame
▪ Duration on frame approx. 4 months
▪ Cast = 1 month, AFO= 3 months
